Record
We partner with best-of-breed technicians who will download your fire detection assets from your control panel. This information is then stored on the Fire Services App. We will then RFID tag each asset and establish the service history of the devices.
Report
Company-approved users can report faulty devices via RFID or photograph in the app. Job cards are created and assigned to approved technicians closest to the site. Once the work has been completed the technician and the site-approved user will sign off the job card and the service history is updated
